Real estate branding sellers remember from the yard sign to the listing presentation.
Graphic Designers Group provides real estate branding services for U.S. agents, teams, and independent brokerages. We design the complete brand — name, logo, visual identity, yard sign and rider, listing presentation, and guidelines — so buyers and sellers recognize you on the yard sign, the listing presentation, and your Zillow and Instagram profiles. You receive production-ready design files. Your sign shop and printer handle production.
Pain points
The problems agents actually call about
Most agents do not need another template flyer. They need their name to stop blending into every other sign on the street — and to look like someone a seller can hand a house to.
My sign looks like every other agent’s sign on the street
The neighbor who plans to list next spring drives past your yard sign twice a day and still cannot name you. A clip-art roof, a stock key, and your headshot look like the three signs down the block. The listing goes to whoever they remember.
My listing presentation looks homemade at the kitchen table
You sit down with the sellers, open a CMA packet built from a free template with a stretched logo, and the agent before you left a bound, matched presentation. Sellers read that as effort, and it shows up in who gets the listing and how hard they push on commission.
Flyers, Just Listed posts, and my card look like three different agents
The feature sheet is one font, the Instagram post another color, and the business card is from two brokerages ago. Buyers at the open house cannot connect the flyer in their hand to the sign on the lawn or the profile they saw online.
My brand belongs to the brokerage, not to me
Everything was built on the brokerage’s colors, so a move means starting over. Or the team grows and each new agent orders cards their own way. Without your own guidelines, every sign reorder and new hire reinvents the look.
Fit
This page is for you if…
- You are launching a team or your own brokerage and need a name and look you own
- Sellers in your farm area cannot tell your sign from other agents’
- You have a logo, but the yard sign, card, listing presentation, and posts look unrelated
- You want one system every agent on the team orders from
- You need design files your U.S. sign shop and printer can actually use
Not a fit
Skip this if you need something else
- You only need one Just Listed post this week
- You want us to print signs, set sign posts, or print listing presentations
- You want ads, lead generation, or SEO before the identity is clear
Clarity
Branding, marketing, or printing?
U.S. agents often mix these three. Hiring the wrong one first wastes the budget.
| If this is the problem | What you need |
|---|---|
| Sellers cannot tell you apart from the other agents on their street | Brand design |
| Identity is clear; you need more listing appointments this month | Marketing |
| Artwork is approved; you need signs printed, riders cut, or posts installed | Sign shop / printer / installer |
If you need more listing appointments next month, that is marketing. If sellers cannot tell what kind of agent you are, that is branding.
What we design
Complete real estate brand design
Make the yard sign, listing presentation, and business card look like an agent sellers can trust with their home. Design files only — no physical signs or printed copies.
Brand naming
Team name, brokerage name, or personal brand line that fits on a narrow rider, a domain, and an email signature. Your managing broker confirms it meets your state’s team-name rules before it goes on a sign.
Logo
A mark that reads on a yard sign from the curb, on a 6×24 rider, on a listing profile thumbnail, and beside your brokerage’s logo — without the roof-and-key clip art every agent uses.
Complete brand identity
Color, type, and headshot and listing-photo style so the sign on the lawn, the feature sheet, the Just Listed post, and your email signature feel like the same agent.
Packaging design
Kept small because real estate is not a packaged product: listing presentation folder, closing-gift box and tag, and key tag artwork. Files for your printer.
Merchandise design
Open house polo, cap, pen, and closing-gift tote designs your team actually uses. Your embroiderer or promo vendor produces them.
Brand guidelines
Co-branding rules with your brokerage, rider and sign layouts, and a card template, so the next sign reorder or the next agent who joins does not invent a new look.
Also designed when needed: yard sign and riders, open house directional signs, listing presentation and CMA packet template, property feature sheet, business card, email signature, Just Listed and Just Sold social templates, website design.

Work
Real Estate brand work
Add 2–3 real U.S. agent, team, or brokerage projects here: the pain, what we designed (sign, presentation, card), and the files delivered. Do not publish placeholder clients.
Why agents choose us
A real estate brand system, not a clip-art logo.
Graphic Designers Group works with U.S. real estate agents, teams, and independent brokerages who need the yard sign, listing presentation, and business card to look like one trusted agent. We design the complete brand and hand over production-ready files. We do not print signs, set posts, or run ads — so the work stays focused on the identity buyers and sellers actually see.
Industry expertise
Sellers judge you at the yard sign on their street and at the listing presentation on their kitchen table. Most agent brands break there because a roof-and-key logo and a template CMA look like every other agent. We design for those two moments first.
Fast turnaround
Most Basic and Standard packages move on a short timeline after the brief is complete — so the new look is ready before your next listing goes live, your sign order goes to the sign shop, or your team launch date.
Vendor-ready files
You get artwork sized for your sign shop’s yard signs and riders, your printer’s folders and presentations, and your embroiderer’s polos. We do not print signs or install posts — your vendors produce from our files.
Reads from the street and the phone
The hardest test is a rider seen from a passing car and a profile thumbnail on a listing site. We check your mark and name at those sizes and on a business card, not only on a wide mockup.
Clear packages
Basic $299, Standard $499, Enterprise $799. Standard adds a yard sign and rider or a listing presentation; Enterprise adds the open house kit, closing gift, and team card system. Large brokerages are quoted after discovery.
Built to stay consistent
Guidelines cover the brokerage co-brand lockup, sign and rider layouts, and card templates, so the next agent who joins, the next sign reorder, or a brokerage move does not start the brand over.
Ready to grow a real estate brand sellers remember from the yard sign?
Let’s design a complete identity — naming, logo, yard sign, listing presentation, open house kit, and guidelines — so your sign on the lawn and your online profile match. Start with a short brief. No printing required from us.

FAQ
Questions real estate agents ask before they buy
What is included in real estate branding services?
Real estate branding at Graphic Designers Group includes complete brand design: naming direction for an agent, team, or brokerage, logo, visual identity, packaging such as closing-gift and folder design, merchandise design, and guidelines. Standard and Enterprise add yard sign, rider, listing presentation, or open house design as scoped. You receive production-ready files; we do not print or install.
How much does real estate branding cost?
Real estate branding starts at $299 for Basic, $499 for Standard, and $799 for Enterprise. Basic covers naming direction, logo, starter palette, and essential guidelines. Standard adds full identity plus a yard sign and rider or a listing presentation. Enterprise adds the open house kit, closing gift, merch, and team card system as scoped.
Do you print yard signs or install sign posts?
No. Graphic Designers Group designs the artwork only. Your sign shop prints the yard signs and riders, your installer sets the posts, and your printer produces cards, folders, and listing presentations. We deliver production-ready files sized for each piece, so your vendors can run them without rebuilding the design.
Is naming included for a real estate team or brokerage?
Yes, naming direction is included as scoped. We explore team names, brokerage names, or a personal brand line that reads on a rider, a domain, and an email signature. Many states regulate team and brokerage names, so your managing broker or state real estate commission confirms the final choice before it goes on a sign.
Will my brand still work if I change brokerages?
Yes, when it is built as your own brand instead of a version of the brokerage’s. We design a personal or team mark that sits beside any brokerage logo, with a co-brand lockup and space for the brokerage name where your state or broker requires it. If you move, you swap one lockup instead of rebuilding everything.
Will the logo read on a yard sign from a passing car?
That is the first test we run. We check the mark and your name at yard-sign size from street distance, on a narrow rider, on a listing profile thumbnail, and on a business card. Clip-art roofs and thin script fonts usually fail at least one of those sizes, so we design around them.
Who owns the files?
You receive the design files in your package for your real estate business’s use, as stated in the project agreement. That includes the logo, sign and presentation artwork as scoped, and the guidelines, so any sign shop or printer you hire later can work from the same files.
Can you design the listing presentation and open house materials together?
Yes. That is what the system is for. The listing presentation, CMA packet cover, property feature sheet, directional signs, and sign-in sheet share one layout, color, and type set. The presentation fits inside Standard; the full open house kit sits in Enterprise. You get print-ready files for your printer.
Ready to make your name recognizable on every street you list?
Naming, logo, identity, yard sign, listing presentation, guidelines. Files ready for your sign shop and printer.
