Florist Branding

For U.S. florists · Design files only

Florist branding recipients notice before they even read the card.

Graphic Designers Group provides florist branding services for U.S. retail flower shops, event florists, and flower subscription studios. We design the complete brand — name, logo, visual identity, wrap sleeves, flower boxes, enclosure and care cards, and guidelines — so senders and recipients recognize your shop in the window, on the wrap, and on the enclosure card. You receive production-ready design files. Your packaging supplier and printer handle production.

Pain points

The problems florists actually call about

Most florists do not need another single-rose logo. They need the person receiving the flowers to know exactly which shop made them.

Recipients see the wire service’s name, not ours

A beautiful arrangement arrives in clear cellophane with a generic enclosure card from the order network. The recipient loves it, but the only name they see belongs to the wire service. Next time they want to send flowers, they search online instead of calling you.

Our wedding proposals look like spreadsheets

Couples compare three florists for their wedding. Yours sends a line-item quote with no mood images and a pasted logo, while another sends a styled proposal. Couples read the proposal as a preview of the flowers, and the polished one wins the bigger budget.

Wrap, ribbon, boxes, and the van look like different shops

Kraft wrap from one supplier, printed ribbon from another, gift boxes in stock colors, and a van with a faded decal. Each order leaves the shop looking a little different, and none of it carries the look of your window display.

Every holiday rush starts from scratch

Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day bring the year’s biggest orders, and each year the cards, stickers, and box sleeves are designed in a hurry. A second shop or event studio adds more versions. Without guidelines, the busiest weeks look the least like your brand.

Fit

This page is for you if…

  • You are opening a flower shop or moving from home studio to storefront
  • Recipients and couples cannot tell your style from other florists
  • You have a logo, but the wrap, boxes, cards, and van look unrelated
  • You want one system for everyday orders, weddings, and holidays
  • You need files your U.S. packaging supplier and printer can actually use

Not a fit

Skip this if you need something else

  • You only need one Valentine’s Day post this week
  • You want us to print wrap, produce boxes, or letter the van
  • You want ads or SEO before the identity is clear

Clarity

Branding, marketing, or printing?

U.S. florists often mix these three. Hiring the wrong one first wastes the budget.

If you need more orders before the next holiday, that is marketing. If recipients cannot tell what kind of florist you are, that is branding.

What we design

Complete florist brand design

Make the window, the wrap, and the enclosure card look like one florist senders and recipients remember. Design files only — no printed wrap or produced boxes.

Brand naming

Shop name checked on a storefront, an enclosure card, a ribbon stamp, and an Instagram handle — short enough to print on narrow ribbon.

Logo

A mark that prints in one color on kraft wrap and ribbon, fits a small sticker seal and enclosure card, and reads on the window and the van.

Complete brand identity

Color, type, and a photo style that matches your floral design, so the window, the wrap, the proposal, and Instagram feel like one florist.

Packaging design

Where florists need it most: wrap sleeves, tissue, sticker seals, flower boxes, printed ribbon, enclosure cards, and care cards. Built to your supplier’s specs.

Merchandise design

Aprons for the design team, a tote for regular customers, and gift cards. Your apparel vendor or printer produces them.

Brand guidelines

Packaging rules, holiday edition guidance, and proposal templates, so every order, every holiday rush, and the second shop stay consistent.

Also designed when needed: window graphics and storefront sign, van graphics, wedding and event proposal template, holiday cards and sleeves, subscription insert card, business card, Instagram templates, website design.

Where it shows up

Senders and recipients decide in these four places

Window & storefront

Where passersby decide to walk in.

Wrap & box

What the recipient sees at the door.

Enclosure & care card

Where the recipient learns your name.

Proposal & Instagram

Where couples decide to book you.

Work

Florist brand work

Add 2–3 real U.S. florist projects here: the pain, what we designed (wrap, boxes, enclosure cards), and the files delivered. Do not publish placeholder clients.

Why florists choose us

A florist brand system, not another single-rose logo.

Graphic Designers Group works with U.S. florists who need the window, wrap, boxes, cards, and proposals to look like one shop. We design the complete brand and hand over production-ready files. We do not print, produce packaging, or run ads — so the work stays focused on the identity senders and recipients actually see.

Industry expertise

Recipients judge a florist at the door when the arrangement arrives, and couples judge by the wedding proposal. Most florist brands break there because the wrap and cards came from suppliers and networks. We design the wrap, card, and proposal first.

Fast turnaround

Most Basic and Standard packages move on a short timeline after the brief is complete — so the new look is ready before Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day orders, before wedding season, or before your packaging supplier’s deadline.

Vendor-ready files

Your packaging supplier gets wrap, box, and ribbon artwork to its specs. Your printer gets card and sticker files. Your wrap shop gets van artwork. Printing and production stay with them.

Works on ribbon and an enclosure card

The hardest uses are narrow printed ribbon, a one-color stamp on kraft wrap, and a small enclosure card. We test the mark at each, not only on a clean window mockup.

Clear packages

Basic $299, Standard $499, Enterprise $799. Standard adds wrap sleeves and seals or enclosure and care cards; Enterprise adds flower boxes, ribbon, a holiday edition, the proposal template, and van graphics. Multi-shop florists are quoted after discovery.

Built to stay consistent

Guidelines cover packaging, holiday editions, and proposals, so the next season, the next holiday, or the second shop does not invent a new florist by accident.

FAQ

Questions florists ask before they buy

What is included in florist branding services?

Florist branding at Graphic Designers Group includes complete brand design: naming direction, logo, visual identity, packaging such as wrap sleeves, tissue, sticker seals, and flower boxes, merchandise design, and guidelines. Standard and Enterprise add enclosure and care cards, printed ribbon, a holiday edition, the wedding proposal, and van graphics as scoped. You receive production-ready files.

How much does florist branding cost?

Florist branding starts at $299 for Basic, $499 for Standard, and $799 for Enterprise. Basic covers naming direction, logo, starter palette, and essential guidelines. Standard adds full identity plus wrap sleeves and seals or enclosure and care cards. Enterprise adds flower boxes, ribbon, a holiday edition, the proposal template, van graphics, and merch as scoped.

Do you print wrap or produce flower boxes?

No. Graphic Designers Group designs the artwork only. Your packaging supplier produces wrap, tissue, boxes, and ribbon, your printer makes enclosure and care cards, and your wrap shop letters the van. Ask each supplier for its specs and minimum orders, and we build the files to fit them.

Is naming included for a flower shop?

Yes, naming direction is included as scoped. It helps when you open a shop, move from a home studio to a storefront, or launch an event or subscription line. We check the name on a storefront, a ribbon, and an enclosure card. You confirm availability before ordering packaging.

Can you design our enclosure and care cards?

Yes. We design enclosure cards with space for the handwritten or printed message, and care cards with watering and trimming tips in your shop’s look. The recipient sees your name even when the order was placed through a network. Your printer produces them in the quantities you need.

Can you design a wedding and event proposal template?

Yes. We design an editable proposal with mood images, flower recipes, item list, pricing, and next steps, in Google Slides or InDesign. You supply the designs and prices. A styled proposal helps couples picture the flowers and makes it easier to win larger events.

Who owns the files?

You receive the design files in your package for your shop’s use, as stated in the project agreement. That includes the logo, packaging and card artwork as scoped, and the guidelines, so any packaging supplier, printer, or wrap shop you hire later can work from the same files.

Can you design Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day packaging?

Yes. We design holiday editions that swap colors, patterns, or card messages while keeping the logo and packaging structure fixed. You order them ahead of the rush, and the busiest weeks of the year carry your brand to the most recipients. Guidelines make repeating them next year easy.
