Pain points

The problems church leaders actually call about

Most churches do not need another cross-and-dove logo. They need a first-time visitor to feel welcome and know what to expect before the first song.

Visitors cannot tell what to expect from our sign or website

The sign by the road shows an old logo and changeable letters, and the website lists service times three different ways. A family looking for a church cannot tell what the service is like, where to park, or where their kids go. Many decide not to visit.

Every ministry has its own logo

The kids ministry, youth group, women’s ministry, and outreach team each made a logo with a different volunteer. The lobby and website look like ten organizations. Visitors cannot tell what belongs to the church, and members cannot tell which events are for them.

Slides, the bulletin, and the livestream look different every week

Different volunteers build announcement slides, the bulletin, and livestream graphics each week, each in their own style. The message is strong, but the screens look inconsistent, and online viewers see a church that feels less settled than it is.

A church plant, second campus, or merger is pulling the look apart

You planted a church, opened a second campus, or merged with another congregation. Signs, bulletins, and social pages now use two looks. Without one system, members at each campus cannot tell they belong to the same church family.

Fit

This page is for you if…

  • You are planting a church, relaunching, merging, or opening a campus
  • Visitors cannot tell what your church is like from the sign or website
  • You have a logo, but ministries, slides, and the bulletin look unrelated
  • You want one system volunteers can use every week
  • You need files your U.S. printer and sign shop can actually use

Not a fit

Skip this if you need something else

  • You only need one Easter invite post this week
  • You want us to print bulletins, build signs, or run your livestream
  • You want ads or SEO before the identity is clear

Clarity

Branding, marketing, or printing?

U.S. church leaders often mix these three. Hiring the wrong one first wastes the budget.

If you need more first-time visitors next season, that is marketing. If visitors cannot tell what kind of church you are, that is branding.

What we design

Complete church brand design

Make the sign, the screen, and the welcome card feel like one church visitors want to return to. Design files and templates only — no printed bulletins or built signs.

Brand naming

Church or campus name checked on an exterior sign, a welcome card, a livestream overlay, and a domain — one that fits new campuses and ministries.

Logo

A mark that reads on a sign from the road, on a projector screen from the back row, as a small livestream corner mark, and on a volunteer lanyard.

Complete brand identity

Color, type, and a slide and bulletin layout system, so the sign, the lobby, the screen, and the livestream feel like one church.

Packaging design

Kept to what churches use: first-time visitor welcome gift, connect card, and giving envelopes. Artwork for your printer.

Merchandise design

Volunteer tees, lanyards, and a welcome mug for first-time visitors. Your apparel and promo vendors produce them.

Brand guidelines

A ministry naming system, slide templates, and campus rules, so the next ministry, the next sermon series, and the next campus stay consistent.

Also designed when needed: exterior sign and banners, lobby and wayfinding signs, bulletin or worship guide, connect card, announcement and sermon series slide templates, livestream overlays, social templates, website design.

Road sign & website

Where visitors decide to come the first time.

Lobby & welcome card

Work

Church brand work

Add 2–3 real U.S. church projects here: the pain, what we designed (sign, ministry system, slides), and the files delivered. Do not publish placeholder clients.

Why churches choose us

A church brand system, not a cross-and-dove logo.

Graphic Designers Group works with U.S. churches that need the sign, welcome materials, screens, and ministries to feel like one church. We design the complete brand and hand over editable templates and production-ready files. We do not print, run your livestream, or run ads — so the work stays focused on the identity visitors and members actually see.

Industry expertise

Visitors judge a church from the sign and website before they come and from the welcome and screens on their first Sunday. Most church brands break there because every ministry and volunteer made their own look. We design the welcome and the weekly screens first.

Fast turnaround

Most Basic and Standard packages move on a short timeline after the brief is complete — so the new look is ready before Easter or Christmas services, before a church plant launches, or before a new campus opens.

Vendor-ready files

Your volunteers get editable slide, bulletin, and social templates. Your printer gets welcome card and envelope files. Your sign shop gets exterior and lobby sign artwork. Your livestream team gets overlay graphics.

Works on a road sign and a back-row slide

The hardest uses are a sign read from the road, a slide read from the back row, and a small livestream corner mark. We test the mark and type at each.

Clear packages

Basic $299, Standard $499, Enterprise $799. Standard adds the ministry logo system or slide and bulletin templates; Enterprise adds exterior and lobby signs, welcome materials, and volunteer merch. Multi-site churches are quoted after discovery.

Built to stay consistent

Guidelines cover ministries, slides, and campuses, so the next ministry, the next series, or the next campus does not invent a new church by accident.

FAQ

Questions church leaders ask before they buy

What is included in church branding services?

Church branding at Graphic Designers Group includes complete brand design: naming direction, logo, visual identity, packaging such as the visitor welcome gift, connect card, and giving envelopes, volunteer merchandise design, and guidelines. Standard and Enterprise add the ministry logo system, worship slides, bulletin, and exterior and lobby signs as scoped. You receive editable templates and production-ready files.

How much does church branding cost?

Church branding starts at $299 for Basic, $499 for Standard, and $799 for Enterprise. Basic covers naming direction, logo, starter palette, and essential guidelines. Standard adds full identity plus the ministry logo system or slide and bulletin templates. Enterprise adds exterior and lobby signs, welcome materials, and volunteer merch as scoped. Multi-site churches are quoted separately.

Do you print bulletins or build church signs?

No. Graphic Designers Group designs the artwork and templates only. Your printer produces bulletins, cards, and envelopes, your sign shop builds exterior and lobby signs, and your banner shop prints banners. Your media team loads slide templates and livestream overlays into your own software.

Is naming included for a church?

Yes, naming direction is included as scoped. It helps when you plant a church, relaunch, merge congregations, or name a new campus or ministry. We check the name on a road sign, a welcome card, and a livestream overlay. Your leadership confirms the name and any denominational requirements.

Can ministries keep their identity without separate logos?

Yes. We design a ministry naming system where kids, youth, and other ministries use the church logo with their own name and a color accent. Visitors see one church with many ways to connect, and new ministries launch without a volunteer designing another logo.

Can you design slides and livestream graphics volunteers can use?

Yes. We design announcement, sermon series, and scripture slide templates plus livestream lower thirds and overlays. Volunteers change the text each week without changing the look. Song lyrics shown on screen should be covered by your church’s copyright license, which your worship team manages.

Who owns the files?

You receive the design files in your package for your church’s use, as stated in the project agreement. That includes the logo, ministry, and slide templates as scoped, and the guidelines, so volunteers, staff, and any printer or sign shop can work from the same files.

Can you design sermon series graphics we reuse?

Yes. We design a sermon series template with a title slide, social post, bulletin cover, and livestream thumbnail that share one layout. Your team changes the title, image, and color for each series. Every series feels fresh while still looking like your church.

Ready to make your church recognizable from the road to the screen?
